Whether you are at the top of your field trying to break a training or performance plateau, making a comeback in your chosen sport, or just participating in regular weekly sport and wanting to feel a little fitter and stronger, sport specific training is a fantastic way of making specific, fast, sport performance related gains.
Prior to commencing your training, you will undergo a full assessment. Some of the factors to be covered will include:
range of motion
strength and imbalances
goals and aspirations
timeframes to reach goal and time available to dedicate to training
discussion of prior injuries
experience/ form performing exercise in training environment/ gym
Once your trainer has enough information about you, your experience and your goals they will build a program tailored to your specific requirements. Your program can then be facilitated within the Boulder Hub with your trainer, or executed outside facility.
Cost of training will vary based on complexity of program and ongoing training.
