Why join Hang Club:
Although climbing will naturally build hand and finger strength, hand and finger strength training should always be a fundamental component of any successful climbing training program.
Hub's Hang Club will help teach you the basics of structured hangboard training in a fun and motivating environment, putting you one step closer to accomplishing your climbing goals.
When: 8:30pm every Tuesday & Thursday
Cost per session: $5 (non hub members)
$3 (hub members)
Hub Hang Club is a general hangboard session which will improve finger strength, general forearm resistance and provide a sound foundation for more advanced training methods.
(8 People max per session)
How to join in:
Secure a spot by booking in advance, or alternatively, take your chances on the night and join in if spaces are available. Ensure you are adequately warmed up prior to hangboard session.
