What is indoor bouldering?
Indoor bouldering is a super exciting, dynamic, social and condensed style of rock climbing which is performed on short walls over soft thick safety matting. Without the need for ropes or a harness, a boulderer is free to climb on their own and explore the fantastic realm and freedom of pure climbing movement. This not only makes bouldering one of the most effective tools for climbing improvement, but also means bouldering is the most accessible form of climbing for both experienced and inexperienced climbers.
